Santiago International airport is very nice, clean, and very modern. It was about 80 degrees today (southern hemisphere Summer). It turns out that many of our fellow tour passengers, flying from Miami, had their luggage lost. After a brief overnight stay at Santiago's InterContinental Hotel, we boarded a 4 hour chartered flight to Ushuaia, Argentina early the next morning.
